Summary The Operations Supervisor - Check Processing is responsible for overseeing daily operations within the Check Posting and Research Department. This role manages a team of approximately 17 direct reports and ensures the accurate and timely posting of checks into internal systems while meeting strict service level agreements (SLAs). The Supervisor serves as a key liaison between staff and leadership, ensuring compliance with company policies, operational efficiency, and high levels of client satisfaction.
Your role in our mission - Supervise and manage a team of approximately 17 employees within the check posting and research functions
- Assign, prioritize, and monitor daily workloads to ensure checks are posted accurately and on time
- Ensure all check processing and posting activities are completed in accordance with established SLAs
- Track work progress and productivity using Excel and internal reporting tools
- Investigate posting discrepancies and coordinate with the appropriate internal departments or stakeholders for resolution
- Act as a point of escalation for operational issues, workflow delays, or quality concerns
- Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls
- Provide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members
- Communicate regularly with upper management regarding team performance, workflow status, and process improvements
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, accuracy, and overall workflow within the department
What we're looking for - Previous supervisory experience (required)
- Strong Excel experience, including tracking, reporting, and data review (required)
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a high-volume environment
- Strong attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
What you should expect in this role - This is a hybrid position based in Irving, Texas, and candidates located in this area are encouraged to apply.
- The work schedule is Monday - Friday, from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Video cameras must be used during all interviews, as well as during the initial week of orientation.

The pay range for this position is $47,500.00 - $67,800.00 per year, however, the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
