Job Title: Technical Lead (Java/AWS)

Job Overview:
Pay Range: $46.00hr - $51.00hr
Requirement/Must Have:
- 11-13 years of hands-on development experience with Java and Spring Boot, including experience as a Tech Lead.
- Strong expertise in AWS, SQL, and REST API design/development.
- Experience implementing Swagger UI for REST services.
- Hands-on experience with GitLab CI/CD pipelines, including tools such as SonarQube and Veracode.
- Experience building enterprise authentication applications.
- Experience working in an Agile Scrum environment.
Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple developers, conduct code reviews, and provide architectural recommendations while remaining hands-on.
- Collaborate with UX, Design, and Product teams.
- Deliver functional, testable code with comprehensive unit testing to support DevOps practices.
- Enforce coding standards and participate in code reviews through Git workflows.
- Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and reliability.
