The Global Talent Acquisition team is a dynamic and innovative group dedicated to sourcing and securing top-tier talent. This role falls within the Ratings Talent Acquisition team and will report to the Ratings Talent Acquisition Regional Lead for the Americas.
This team supports credit ratings, analysis, and research functions across various sectors, offering unique insights into the financial world. This role provides an exciting opportunity to be at the forefront of recruitment in a critical area, contributing to the success of global operations.
Responsibilities and Impact
Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, pipeline development, and offer negotiation
Leverage AI and automation to optimize recruitment workflows
Educate and influence leaders to adopt best-in-class recruitment practices
Mentor junior colleagues to support team growth and goal achievement
Provide strategic guidance using data and market intelligence
Enhance recruitment metrics through talent analytics, with focus on Internal Mobility and Global Mindset
Innovate candidate experience strategies to strengthen employer branding
Foster collaboration and alignment in recruitment discussions with peers and leadership
Build and manage relationships with business leaders and HR partners across the Americas
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure strategic alignment
Adhere to global policies related to immigration, relocation, and offers
Partner efficiently with internal teams such as Rewards and Legal
Stay current on industry trends and maintain strong business acumen
Demonstrate emotional intelligence and resilience in challenging situations
Participate in recruiting events and career fairs
Engage external agencies within an established framework
What We re Looking For
2 5 years of corporate recruiting or sourcing experience, ideally within ratings agencies, financial services, and/or credit-focused roles
Experience using ATS/HR systems, preferably Workday
Comfort working in regulated, process-driven environments while adapting to evolving business needs
Strong communication skills with the ability to set expectations and build trust
Proven expertise in sourcing strategies, including direct outreach
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive results
Strong analytical skills to support informed decision-making
Excellent relationship-building skills with candidates and internal partners
Networking capability to build and maintain strong talent pipelines
Adaptability when collaborating with limited or evolving information
Experience supporting global talent acquisition initiatives
Industry knowledge within credit, ratings, or financial services
Strong prioritization skills in fast-paced environments
Data-driven mindset to guide recruiting strategy
Bachelor s degree preferred
