Summary

Job Summary We are seeking a Sr. Cloud Systems Engineer to support secure, scalable AWS GovCloud infrastructure for enterprise data, analytics, and AI/ML workloads. The role will work closely with platform, security, and application teams to automate operations, monitor systems, troubleshoot issues, and continuously improve the Enterprise Data Platform. Key Responsibilities Provision and maintain AWS infrastructure, networking, IAM, monitoring, and logging for Enterprise Data Platform environments. Develop and manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and CloudFormation. Support Git-based CI/CD pipelines and cloud automation initiatives. Support EKS/Kubernetes workloads and assist with application deployments. Troubleshoot infrastructure, connectivity, monitoring, and system issues. Implement cloud security, automation, cost optimization, and continuous platform improvements. Monitor cloud environments and support incident resolution. Maintain technical documentation related to infrastructure, configurations, and operational procedures. Collaborate with platform, security, application, and other technical teams to support enterprise cloud environments. Required Qualifications 810 years of experience in cloud systems engineering, cloud infrastructure, or related technical roles. Working knowledge of core AWS services, including VPC, EC2, S3, IAM, EKS, CloudWatch, CloudTrail, and Systems Manager. Foundational understanding of AWS networking, security, IAM, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), CloudFormation, Git, and CI/CD. Familiarity with cloud monitoring, logging, troubleshooting, and technical documentation. Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively with senior engineers and cross-functional technical teams. Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience. Preferred Qualifications Experience provisioning and maintaining AWS infrastructure, networking, IAM, monitoring, and logging for enterprise data platform environments. Experience with Terraform and CloudFormation. Experience supporting EKS/Kubernetes workloads. Experience troubleshooting infrastructure and connectivity issues. Experience supporting cloud deployments and CI/CD pipelines. Knowledge of cloud security, automation, cost optimization, and incident resolution. Experience working with AWS GovCloud environments. Education: Bachelors Degree
