Job Title: AJO Technical Account Manager

Location: Richardson, TX 75082 (Hybrid – 3 days in a week)

Duration: 6-12 Months

Detailed Job Description:

• Strong hands-on expertise in Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) and Adobe Experience Platform (AEP
• Experience with customer journeys, audience segmentation, personalization, XDM schemas, datasets, profiles, and data ingestion
• Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customer accounts.
• Provide proactive technical guidance, best practices, knowledge transfer, and support for platform changes and releases.
• Coordinate and drive complex technical issues with Support, Engineering, Consulting, and Customer Success teams.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, JSON, JavaScript and SQL, with experience in integrations and troubleshooting.
• Ability to independently lead customer engagements and translate business requirements into scalable AJO/AEP solutions
• Strong customer-facing, stakeholder management, communication, and articulation skills.
• Experience with other Adobe Experience Cloud solutions such as Adobe Campaign, CJA, Adobe Target, or Analytics is an advantage.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to manage technical blockers, risks, and customer priorities.
