Description We are seeking a UI/UX Production Designers to support a series of Figma migration projects to work the month of March. These individuals will help our UI/UX team migrate existing IVAs (Interactive Visual Aids) into Figma. This work is highly detail-oriented, structured, and production-focused, making it ideal for candidates who are extremely fluent in Figma-even if they do not have deep UI/UX design experience.
What You'll Do:
- Migrate visual assets and existing IVAs into Figma following established patterns and workflows.
- Create and organize variables, components, and component libraries within Figma.
- Work within an existing Figma design system to ensure consistency and accuracy.
- Mirror layouts and interactions with precision; maintain fidelity to source materials.
- Collaborate with the UI/UX team and follow detailed direction for production tasks.
- Complete repetitive or meticulous work efficiently and with strong attention to detail.
Requirements What We're Looking For:
- Advanced Figma proficiency - must understand the tool beyond basic design usage.
- Experience building or maintaining components, variables, styles, and design systems in Figma.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately on detailed production tasks.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to follow structured workflows.
- Ability to work EST hours.
