Compensation

Start your career with paid training, hourly pay, commission earnings, and bonus opportunities for exceeding sales goals.

After successfully completing your training and establishing a strong sales record, you\'ll have the opportunity to transition into our 100% commission compensation program, offering uncapped earning potential. Our most successful Design Consultants regularly earn six-figure incomes.

Expected Earnings: $40,000 - $90,000+ annually
Top Earners: $100,000+ annually

What You\'ll Do

Build relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
Assist clients with furniture, accessories, and design selections.
Generate and manage business through CRM follow-up.
Present product recommendations and pricing.
Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing.
Follow up before and after the sale to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals.

Qualifications

Prior retail sales experience required.
Furniture, interior design, or home furnishings experience preferred.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
Basic computer proficiency.
Ability to work evenings and Saturdays (closed Sundays).
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
