**Key Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or related discipline.
- Minimum of five years' experience in electronic power conversion development, with proven expertise in switch-mode power supply designs.
- Proficient in design tools such as PSpice and Mathcad.
- Experienced in resolving EMC issues and familiar with high-frequency magnetic component design and microcontroller circuits for power electronics.
- Strong leadership and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and writing abilities.

**Preferred:**
- Experience with agency compliance (UL, CSA, VDE, CE) and battery management systems.
- Ability to mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative, innovative workplace.
