As a Product Manager, you'll play a key role in shaping platform capabilities that support our retirement business while helping drive modernization efforts that improve client and business experiences. Responsibilities: - Define product vision, strategy, and roadmaps for complex digital products and platform capabilities.
- Translate business objectives into product priorities and actionable plans.
- Collaborate with technology, operations, and business partners to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Lead product lifecycle activities, including discovery, prioritization, roadmap planning, and execution.
- Utilize customer, business, and market insights to inform product decisions.
- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Partner with engineering teams to support the development of scalable and modern technology solutions.
- Explore opportunities to leverage emerging technologies, including AI, to improve user experiences and business outcomes.
- Continuously evaluate product performance and identify opportunities for optimization and growth.
Qualifications: - Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required. Graduate degree preferred.
- Minimum of five years related work experience. Two years of leading large cross-functional teams on major organizational projects preferred.
- Ability to define strategy and communicate vision across diverse stakeholder groups.
- Experience working in highly collaborative, cross-functional environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Experience partnering with technology teams throughout the product development lifecycle.

- Familiarity with APIs, microservices, cloud-based technologies, or modern application architectures.
- Exposure to AI-enabled products, processes, or business solutions.
