Job Title:- Cloud & Citrix Engineer (Hybrid Infrastructure)

Location: Dallas, TX or Boca Raton, FL - locals will be prioritized - open to relocation within FL, but must be there by Day 1

Work Arrangement: Hybrid - 4 days onsite, 1 day remote.

PowerShell, Terraform, Python, or other automation tools

Overview

Seeking a senior Cloud & Citrix Engineer to design, build, and support enterprise Citrix virtual desktop and application platforms across hybrid infrastructure for a retail home security organization. This engineer will own Citrix engineering, VMware virtualization, Google Cloud Platform compute platforms, NetScaler/ADC, and cloud infrastructure while driving platform stability, modernization, and automation.

What Recruiters Should Look For

5-8+ years of enterprise Citrix engineering experience
Deep hands-on experience with Citrix Virtual Apps & Desktops (CVAD) or Citrix DaaS
Strong experience with Citrix Delivery Controllers, StoreFront, Cloud Connectors, MCS, PVS, and Workspace
NetScaler / Citrix ADC engineering, secure remote access, SSL/TLS, and load balancing
VMware administration (ESXi / vCenter)
Experience supporting hybrid infrastructure (on-prem + cloud)
Google Cloud Platform experience, specifically Google Compute Engine (GCE)
Experience supporting Hyperconverged Infrastructure (HCI)
Strong troubleshooting skills across Citrix, compute, networking, storage, and identity
Experience with production support, upgrades, disaster recovery, and root cause analysis
Automation experience with PowerShell, Terraform, Python, or similar scripting tools

Nice-to-Have

Citrix certifications (CCP, CCE-V, NetScaler)
Google Cloud certifications
VMware VCP certification
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform)
ServiceNow experience
Mentoring or technical leadership experience
