Providing continuous administration and support for a hybrid identity environment— including Active Directory and Microsoft Entra ID—to deliver secure, dependable, and scalable identity services. • Own the end-to-end user lifecycle management process, including onboarding, role transitions, and offboarding, with a focus on access controls, compliance, and automation. • Provide advanced support for Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems, serving as an escalation point for complex OS-level issues. • Diagnose and resolve issues across a broad range of hardware and platforms, including laptops and desktops, servers, mobile devices, conference room systems, and audiovisual (AV) equipment. • Partner with senior IT and security teams to improve endpoint security and reliability, supporting technologies and processes such as Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), backups, application deployment, and OS/software patching. • Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint, ensuring availability, security, and optimal user experience. • Support and troubleshoot cloud infrastructure and services in Microsoft Entra and Amazon Web Services (AWS), including virtual machines, identity integrations, networking, and access controls. • Perform advanced network troubleshooting, including analysis of IP addressing, DNS, DHCP, VPN connectivity, and related infrastructure issues. • Support, maintain, and troubleshoot VMware virtualization environments, including ESXi hosts and vCenter. • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks, improve operational efficiency, and reduce manual effort. • Proactively enforce and promote security best practices, including monitoring systems, identifying risks, and investigating and resolving security-related incidents. • Contribute to documentation, process improvement, and knowledge sharing to enhance IT operational maturity and support scalability.
