Job Description:

As a valued contributor to our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the Quality of the data across systems and processes. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data producers, and technical teams to understand business needs, analyze complex data sets, identify key data elements and implement data quality rules and solutions. Your ability to communicate clearly, document processes, and identify trends will be essential in driving data quality standards and supporting data-driven decision-making.

The MF COO Data Management Data Analyst II role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilities:

  • Understand business context, data requirements, and communicate effectively in both written and oral formats.
  • Analyze existing data architecture and flows to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
  • Perform in-depth data analysis and validation across various data quality dimensions.
  • Design, implement, and monitor data quality rules and metrics.
  • Create DQ metadata and migrate the rules to production
  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and validation procedures.
  • Create process flows, reports, and presentations to document insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define scope, gather requirements, and support SDLC documentation.
  • Maintain data dictionaries and metadata to ensure consistency and traceability.
  • Identify, assess, and resolve data quality issues, escalating as needed.
  • Utilize tools such as SQL, Excel, Visio, and JIRA to support analysis and reporting.
  • Work in Agile environments to deliver iterative improvements and support continuous data quality initiatives.
