Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior PL/SQL Developer with 12+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle database development, PL/SQL programming, performance tuning, and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in designing complex database solutions, developing stored procedures and packages, optimizing SQL queries, and working with large-scale data environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain complex Oracle PL/SQL applications.
• Develop stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, views, cursors, and complex SQL queries.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable database solutions.
• Perform SQL and PL/SQL performance tuning and optimization.
• Analyze execution plans and optimize queries, indexes, partitions, and database objects.
• Develop and maintain ETL/data integration processes using Oracle technologies.
• Work with large-volume transactional and analytical databases.
• Develop data migration and conversion scripts.
• Implement database solutions following coding, security, and performance best practices.
• Troubleshoot production issues and perform root-cause analysis.
• Participate in database design, data modeling, and technical architecture discussions.
• Perform code reviews and ensure development standards are followed.
• Collaborate with application developers, DBAs, data engineers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
• Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
• Support deployment activities across development, QA, UAT, and production environments.

• Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Experience leading development activities and mentoring technical teams is a plus.
