As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will serve as a strategic partner to the Corporate Development team within a highly acquisitive environment, supporting a firm that has completed more than 100 transactions over the past six years. You will collaborate closely with finance, accounting, and business leaders to deliver actionable insights, develop innovative solutions, and influence strategic decisions at the executive level.
What You Will Do: - Lead firm-wide, portfolio-level revenue budgeting and forecasting for both prospective and completed transactions.
- Provide data-driven analysis and recommendations to the Executive Leadership Team on investment-related strategic decisions.
- Translate complex financial data into actionable insights that influence executive decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance financial models to support strategic planning, forecasting, and scenario analysis.
- Partner with cross-functional teams and external advisors throughout acquisition activities, including due diligence, valuation, synergy analysis, and post-transaction planning.
- Drive key FP&A processes end-to-end, including facilitating meetings, resolving issues, and ensuring timely completion of deliverables.
- Prepare and deliver consolidated monthly management reporting, highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for the Oracle management reporting system and lead enhancements to reporting accuracy, structure, and usability.
- Continuously improve forecasting methodologies, reporting cadence, and financial controls.
- Support the development of materials for Board of Directors and senior leadership presentations, including clear financial narratives and insights.
- Monitor financial performance across business units through variance analysis and partner with leaders to identify corrective actions and improvement opportunities.
- Build strong, collaborative relationships across the organization to support effective decision-making and a positive cross-functional working environment
What You Need to Have: - Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or related field
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a finance, accounting, or business analysis role
- Highly motivated with experience managing multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
- Solid understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
- Strong Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling skills
- Ability to extract, manipulate, and turn large sets of data into actionable insights

- Proven ability to work cross-functionally across multiple areas of a complex organization.
- Ability to clearly communicate complex financial concepts to senior leaders and non-finance stakeholders.
- Hands-on experience with large financial reporting and planning systems (e.g., Essbase, Oracle Hyperion, or similar platforms)
- Demonstrated expertise in building and maintaining financial models, including forecasts, sensitivity analyses, and models developed from the ground up.
- Experience improving forecasting processes, models, or reporting frameworks to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
- Strong analytical and strategic mindset, with an inquisitive approach to applying financial insights to broader business challenges.
- Excellent time management skills, with the ability to prioritize competing demands while allowing space for thoughtful analysis and original thinking.
- Demonstrated ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy, exercising sound judgment in ambiguous or fast paced environments.
- Experience supporting M&A, corporate development, or transaction-related financial analysis.
Compensation: The base annual salary range for this role is $78,000 to $108,000, plus a competitive performance-based bonus. Base annual salary depends on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to skill set, years and depth of experience, certifications, and location. Base annual salary may also differ significantly due to geography and cost of labor considerations.
