Summary

Looking for an experienced financial analyst familiar with core expense management functions. Needs a contractor that hit the ground running,
This is for leave coverage

Executes all tasks related to Digital & Technology Financials management as described below:
Financial Planning & Budget Management (40%)
Maintain the master budget tracker by period
Support period-end and quarter-end lockdown and reporting activities
Tech Fees & FZ Billing (20%)
Execute the per-period technology billing process under Manager s oversight
R&D Tax Credit Reporting (20%)
Partner with Budget Owners to support annual R&D tax credit documentation (Q1 Q2)
Portfolio Organization (10%)
Create and maintain a centralized Confluence list of platforms, and third-party platforms, including definitions and POCs/ Owners for each
Develop a consolidated list of collaboration, product development, PS & monitoring tools, including purpose and budget location
Ongoing Portfolio Management & Prioritization (10%)
Support in establishing a standardized process and repository for tracking AA funding requests, status updates, and final funding decisions
