Summary

Position Overview
We are seeking a genuine, highly skilled User Experience (UX) Designer for a 12-month onsite contract with our premier client, Caterpillar, located in Mossville, IL. The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of overall experience and a strong background in human-centered design frameworks.

Key Responsibilities
• Work with UX researchers to identify critical experiences & scenarios and develop & validate journey maps based on commercial and technical requirements & UX heuristics.
• Develop & Document UX requirements based on journey maps.
• Review designs to ensure alignment to UX requirements.

Required Qualifications & Skills
• 2-4 years of experience creating Journey Map/User Flows.
• Strong mechanical aptitude.
• User Centric Design Foundations.
• Project Management experience.
• Required Education: Bachelor’s degree in User Experience or Engineering related field.
