The Talent Acquisition (TA) Operations Excellence Manager is responsible for driving operational efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance within the Talent Acquisition function. This role ensures that recruiting processes are optimized, scalable, and aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices. The role will lead continuous improvement initiatives, foster a culture of quality and compliance, and partner with stakeholders to deliver exceptional candidate and hiring manager experiences.
Key Responsibilities
• Cross-functional Collaboration:
Partner with TA leaders and HR stakeholders to align initiatives and share best practices.
• Project Management:
Lead end-to-end process improvement projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
Communicate progress, outcomes, and value of initiatives to senior leadership and key stakeholders.
• Training & Development:
Design and deliver training programs to upskill TA teams to enable positive outcomes.
• Performance Metrics:
Develop and monitor KPIs to measure process effectiveness and identify improvement opportunities.
• Compliance & Risk Management:
o Develop and manage internal audit programs to ensure adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.
o Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.
o Manage corrective actions for process breaches.
• Documentation & Change Control:
Maintain robust documentation of processes, policies, and standards to support automation and AI initiatives.
Establish and manage change control processes, including approvals and notifications.
• Data Integrity & Security:
Ensure recruitment data security and compliance with global standards.
Qualifications
• Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field required.
• Experience:
10+ years in Talent Acquisition, HR Operations, Quality, or related fields with a proven track record in process improvement and compliance.

The manager is seeking candidates based in the Indianapolis area but will also consider remote applicants. This position is expected to run for a duration of one year. Standard working hours are Monday through Friday, either 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. or 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. When ready to proceed with interviews, the manager will request 45-minute Zoom interviews.
