Summary

Senior Data Integration & Automation Engineer
(HVR | SnapLogic | Control-M)
Position Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Data Integration & Automation Engineer to administer, support, and enhance our enterprise HVR, SnapLogic, and Control-M platforms. This role will be responsible for ensuring reliable data replication, integration processing, workload automation, platform security, operational support, monitoring, and continuous improvement across production and non-production environments.
Key Responsibilities
Administer and support HVR, SnapLogic, and Control-M environments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production.
Monitor and troubleshoot data replication, integration pipelines, and scheduled job failures.
Manage platform upgrades, patching, performance tuning, and lifecycle activities.
Configure and maintain HVR replication channels, SnapLogic pipelines, and Control-M workflows.
Support service account management, credential rotation, access reviews, and security controls.
Develop monitoring, alerting, operational dashboards, and support runbooks.
Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
Support disaster recovery testing, high availability initiatives, and operational resiliency improvements.
Partner with DBA, Data Engineering, Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams on enterprise data initiatives.
Drive automation, standardization, and platform modernization efforts.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience supporting enterprise data integration, ETL, replication, or workload automation platforms.
Hands-on experience with HVR, SnapLogic, Control-M and/or AWS.
Strong knowledge of data platforms such as SQL Server, Oracle, PostgreSQL, or Snowflake.
Experience with incident management, production support, and troubleshooting.
Knowledge of security, access management, and service account governance.
Experience supporting highly available, mission-critical systems.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Snowflake, Azure, AWS, or hybrid cloud environments.
Knowledge of CI/CD, DevOps, Git, and Infrastructure-as-Code practices.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and change management.
Experience with monitoring and observability platforms.
