Description We are seeking a Digital Banking Administrator to support and maintain online banking platforms for our client. This role is responsible for day-to-day administration, troubleshooting, and ensuring a smooth and secure digital banking experience for both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support online and mobile banking systems
- Manage user access, entitlements, and system configurations
- Respond to and resolve digital banking issues and service requests
- Partner with vendors, IT, and operations on updates, enhancements, and incidents
- Support testing, upgrades, and new feature rollouts
- Assist with documentation, reporting, and compliance-related tasks
Requirements Experience supporting digital banking or financial systems
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with banking operations, security controls, and user access management
Ability to work cross-functionally and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical teams
