SAP Fieldglass L3 Consultant

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Fieldglass L3 Consultant / SME with strong expertise in contingent workforce management, complex workflow configuration, and integration with SAP SuccessFactors. This role requires hands-on experience in production support, enhancements, and system optimization within enterprise environments.

The ideal candidate will act as a functional and technical SME, handling complex incidents, driving system improvements, and ensuring seamless integration across HR and vendor management platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and resolve complex L3 incidents, defects, and change requests in SAP Fieldglass
• Design and implement configuration changes, enhancements, and workflow improvements
• Build and manage complex approval workflows (financial approvals, contractor onboarding, vendor processes)
• Lead integration troubleshooting between SAP Fieldglass and SAP SuccessFactors using SAP Cloud Platform Integration
• Analyze and resolve data inconsistencies, performance issues, and system defects
• Support quarterly SAP SuccessFactors releases, including impact analysis and validation
• Configure and manage supplier/vendor setup and contingent workforce processes
• Develop and maintain reports and dashboards for workforce and financial tracking
• Act as functional SME, lead client discussions, and provide solution recommendations
• Ensure adherence to ITIL processes (incident, problem, and change management)
• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation

Required Skills & Experience

• 6–10+ years of hands-on experience in SAP Fieldglass (support, configuration, and enhancements)
• Strong experience in L3 / production support environments
• Proven expertise in workflow configuration and complex approval processes
• Experience with Fieldglass – SuccessFactors (Employee Central) integration
• Hands-on experience with SAP CPI (Cloud Platform Integration) or similar middleware
• Strong understanding of:
  • Contingent workforce management
  • Vendor/supplier management
  • Financial approvals and invoicing workflows
• Experience with incident management, root cause analysis, and performance tuning
• Knowledge of ITIL processes
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and documentation skills
