Summary

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client is seeking a remote experienced ArcGIS and Schneider Electric ArcFM specialist to lead the implementation of Esri's Utility Network integrated with ArcFM XI, including Fiber Manager, Conduit Manager, and ArcFM Server, within an ArcGIS Enterprise environment. This role is responsible for both enterprise GIS infrastructure deployment and advanced utility data modeling to support production-ready electric or fiber utility operations.

Responsibilities:
* Implement and configure Esri Utility Network (electric or communications) including domain networks, tiers, subnetworks, controllers, terminals, and connectivity rules
* Design and execute ArcFM-Utility Network integration, including transaction management, validation workflows, and reconcile/post strategies
* Configure enterprise geodatabase architecture (SQL Server or PostgreSQL), including branch or traditional versioning strategies aligned with UN and ArcFM
* Publish and validate Utility Network-enabled services and ArcFM services for editing, tracing, and downstream system consumption
* Establish security, authentication, and role-based access control across ArcGIS Enterprise and ArcFM
* Support data migration from legacy models (e.g., Geometric Network) into Utility Network and ArcFM
* Perform system validation, performance testing, and production readiness reviews
* Document architecture, configurations, workflows, and operational best practices

Deploy and configure Schneider Electric ArcFM XI, including:
* ArcFM Core Framework
* Fiber Manager XI
* Conduit Manager
* ArcFM Server components

Lead ArcGIS Enterprise deployment and configuration, including:
* Portal for ArcGIS
* ArcGIS Server (GIS Server and UN services)
* ArcGIS Data Store (relational and tile cache as required)
* ArcGIS Web Adaptor (IIS)

REQUIREMENTS:
* 7+ years of hands-on experience with Esri ArcGIS Enterprise
* Demonstrated experience implementing Esri Utility Network in production environments
* Strong experience with Schneider Electric ArcFM XI, including ArcFM Server
* Experience with Fiber Manager XI and Conduit Manager implementations
* Deep knowledge of enterprise GIS architectures, services, and security
* Experience with SQL Server or PostgreSQL enterprise geodatabases
* Familiarity with utility operations, network modeling, and data governance
* Experience with production-ready ArcFM XI and Utility Network implementation

Must have previously:
* Fully deployed ArcGIS Enterprise environment
* Documented workflows, architecture diagrams, and operational guidance
* Validated services supporting editing, tracing, and utility operations

Preferred Qualifications:
* ArcGIS Enterprise, Utility Network, or Schneider Electric certifications
* Experience migrating from Geometric Network to Utility Network
* Experience integrating ArcFM/Utility Network with Cityworks, ADMS, or field mobility solutions
* Experience supporting regulated utility or telecom environments

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
