How you'll make an impact in this role

  • Systems Lifecycle Management: Oversee the administration, budget, maintenance, and strategy for the optimization of assigned information systems and technical resources to ensure peak operational performance.
  • Strategic Implementation: Establish the strategy for complex system installations, conversions, and upgrades, developing detailed plans that mitigate risk and ensure minimal disruption to end-users.
  • Vendor Management: Maintain relationships with strategic vendors, collaborate to achieve Service Delivery Program goals, identify budgetary needs and impact, and ensure performance expectations are met.
  • Technical Advisory & Analysis: Conduct feasibility and cost-benefit analyses to recommend cost-effective hardware/software solutions and present strategic roadmaps to senior management.
  • Architectural Influence: Exercise expert judgment to shape technical standards, architecture, and data flows, serving as a primary influencer on enterprise-wide technical policies and solutions.
What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

  • Certification credentialed from the International Association of Information Technology Asset Managers preferred.

Education:

  • High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'

    degree/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience OR 7 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
  • 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
