Summary

Part-Time - Help Desk and System Administration - Rochester, NH

PT- 20 hours per week - Two 10 hour shifts - flexible on days
3 month assignment
Ability to speak French is a plus but not required

Scope of Work

System Administration Tasks:

Perform monthly Windows server security updates
Troubleshoot data outlet issues, including tracing wires to ensure correct switch port configuration
Follow up with Digit/SAE IT/Group/SAPi teams for SNOW ticket resolutions
Assist Data Developer with scripting and TV dashboard setup
Create custom Lansweeper reports (SQL experience preferred)

Workplace Support Tasks:

Image and update PCs as needed
Document UPS usage and coordinate with Maintenance for battery installation
Provide assistance with inventory room cleanup and organization
Offer end-user support for IT-related issues
Perform other inventory tasks as required
