About the Role: We're looking for a motivated, relationship-driven professional to join our team in Oklahoma City, focused on growing our building automation and HVAC controls business. This role is ideal for someone with a background in BAS, HVAC, mechanical systems, or related fields who enjoys working with customers, identifying opportunities, and helping deliver smart building solutions.
You don't need to be a traditional engineer-what matters most is your ability to understand systems, communicate value, and build long-term client relationships.

What You'll Do
- Develop and maintain relationships with contractors, building owners, and end users
- Identify new project opportunities across commercial and industrial facilities
- Work closely with internal engineering and operations teams to develop solutions
- Assist in preparing proposals, estimates, and system recommendations
- Help customers improve building performance, efficiency, and system integration
- Stay engaged throughout the project lifecycle to ensure a smooth handoff and execution
