Job Summary

This role drives strategic consulting engagements within the infrastructure management domain, providing technical leadership and architectural direction to deliver innovative solutions aligned with client business objectives. The position is responsible for shaping infrastructure transformation initiatives, ensuring best practices, and fostering technical excellence across complex environments.



IAM Architect
* Deep understanding of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA)
* Strong hands-on expertise with SailPoint or related identity governance products
* Robust knowledge across IAM products, frameworks, and architecture
* Experience with CyberArk, HashiCorp Vault, and Azure Entra
* Ability to guide teams through Identity & Access Governance processes
* Strong communication skills with the ability to operate in a client-facing role
* Experience interacting with clients in an architect-level capacity


This is a senior, client-facing role where the individual will both support the team and represent us directly with the customer on IAM and governance-related initiatives.
Compensation and Benefits
A candidate s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
