Senior OCM Lead Finance/Indirect Procurement

We are seeking a Senior OCM Lead with explicit Finance and/or Indirect Procurement experience to support a SAP S/4HANA transformation. Candidates must have direct ownership of Finance and/or P2P change management.

Requirements:

- Experience leading OCM for Finance (R2R, Close, FP&A) and/or Indirect Procurement (P2P).

- Strong executive-facing change leadership and governance skills.

- SAP S/4HANA experience preferred (Oracle or PeopleSoft is acceptable if the project was finance-led).

- Proven success driving adoption in compliance-heavy environments.
