Location: Remote

Role objective:
  • Provide technical review, quality assurance, and acceptance support
Key responsibilities:
  • Review architecture; develop test plans; validate migration; test workflows, permissions, search, navigation, mobile usability, and accessibility; track defects; verify fixes; assess launch readiness
Education / qualification:
  • Bachelor's in IT, computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent relevant experience
Recommended experience:
  • 5+ years in technical consulting, solution assurance, or QA, including 2+ years reviewing/testing SharePoint Online or Microsoft 365 solutions
Required skillset:
  • Test planning; functional/regression testing; migration reconciliation; SharePoint permissions; workflow validation; defect management; accessibility evaluation; keyboard/screen-reader testing; acceptance recommendations
Preferred credentials:
  • ISTQB, relevant Microsoft credential, or IAAP CPACC/WAS
Preferred background:
  • Public-sector solution assurance, accessibility reviews, and security/access validation
