Job Title: SAP S/4HANA Finance Solution Architect (FICO + Central Finance)
Location: Chicago, IL / New Jersey, NJ (Onsite)

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP S/4HANA Finance Solution Architect / Functional Lead with deep expertise in FICO, Central Finance (CFin), and Manufacturing Costing. The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end finance transformation initiatives, lead solution design, and ensure seamless integration across SAP modules in a Public Cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end SAP Finance processes including GL, AP, AR, Asset Accounting, and Banking
Architect and implement SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance solutions
Drive Central Finance (CFin) implementation including system landscape design, data mapping, SLT replication, and reconciliation
Design and configure Product Costing & Controlling:

Material Costing
Cost Object Controlling
Product Cost by Order / Period

Oversee intercompany processes (billing, reconciliation, eliminations)
Lead finance integration across:

P2P (MM) procurement, vendor processes
O2C (SD) billing, revenue recognition, margin analysis

Support manufacturing finance processes:

Production order settlement
WIP calculation
Variance analysis

Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to drive finance transformation strategy

Required Skills & Qualifications

10+ years of SAP Finance experience with strong FICO expertise
Hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Finance
Strong experience with Central Finance (CFin) architecture and implementations
Deep knowledge of manufacturing costing / product costing
Strong integration experience with MM & SD modules
Experience working in complex, multi-system landscapes
Excellent stakeholder communication and leadership skills

Preferred

Prior experience as a Solution Architect / Lead Consultant
Experience with SAP SLT, AIF, or data replication tools
Exposure to multi-entity / global finance transformations
