Job Details

Senior Financial Analyst (FP&A)

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical, and proactive Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This role will play a key part in financial planning, reporting, and analysis, delivering timely insights to support strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, is comfortable working with evolving processes, and is eager to grow within a high-performing finance team.

Responsibilities:
  • Own recurring FP&A deliverables, including reporting models, forecasts, and variance analysis
  • Support monthly close and forecast cycles, ensuring data accuracy and providing clear explanations of financial performance
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal stakeholders
  • Analyze financial statements and performance trends to identify risks and opportunities
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure financial and operational performance
  • Conduct detailed financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic initiatives
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and presentations using tools such as Excel and Tableau
  • Partner cross-functionally with finance, accounting, and operational teams to gather insights and improve reporting accuracy
  • Support ad hoc analysis and special projects for senior leadership

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in finance, accounting, investment banking, consulting, or a related field
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and key performance metrics
  • Advanced Excel skills with experience in financial modeling and data analysis (Power Query, Power Pivot a plus)
  • Experience with Tableau, SQL, or other BI tools is a plus
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across teams and with leadership
