Position Summary
We are seeking an Automation Engineer with expertise in test automation, AI-assisted development, and process automation to support enterprise applications across Healthcare, Education, Financial Services, and Digital Commerce platforms. The ideal candidate will leverage modern automation frameworks and AI technologies, including Claude and OpenAI, to improve software quality, accelerate delivery, and optimize business processes.
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for web, API, and enterprise applications.
Leverage AI tools such as Claude and OpenAI to accelerate test case generation, automation development, and defect analysis.
Build and execute automated functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end test suites.
Develop synthetic test data and validation frameworks for healthcare, financial, and enterprise systems.
Integrate automation solutions into CI/CD pipelines and DevOps workflows.
Collaborate with business analysts, developers, architects, and product teams to ensure solution quality.
Support performance, load, and security testing initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement through automation, process optimization, and quality engineering best practices.
Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in QA Automation, SDET, or Test Engineering.
Strong experience with Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or similar automation tools.
Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, Java, or C#.
Experience with API testing and automation.
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and CI/CD practices.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
Preferred Experience
AI-assisted development using Claude, OpenAI, Cursor, or GitHub Copilot.
Healthcare systems, EHR/EMR platforms, HL7, or FHIR integrations.
Financial services, ERP, CRM, or eCommerce platforms.
Process automation and workflow engineering.
Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) and container technologies.
