Job Title: Senior Salesforce Delivery & Integration Architect

Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Salesforce Delivery & Integration Architect to lead the end-to-end delivery of our enterprise Salesforce ecosystem. This is a technical leadership role focused on oversight, architecture, and orchestration. You will manage the performance of third-party development teams, ensuring our Salesforce platform is not just functional, but built to enterprise-grade standards for security, scalability, and performance.
You will act as the technical "General Contractor" for our CRM environment, guiding the design and configuration of Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud, and Service/Sales clouds, while driving a culture of DevSecOps and automated quality assurance.

Key Responsibilities
Vendor Oversight & Delivery Management
Technical Orchestration: Oversee and guide the work of third-party development teams to ensure high-quality delivery of Salesforce solutions.
Vendor Coordination: Manage the integration of services from multiple vendors/service providers, ensuring timely delivery of configuration, customization, and installation activities.
Governance & Reporting: Participate in program governance, risk management, and issue resolution. Provide status reporting to leadership regarding project health, budget, and delivery velocity.

Architecture & DevSecOps Engineering
Solution Architecture: Oversee the design and configuration of Salesforce products, ensuring they meet complex business requirements and integrate seamlessly with the broader enterprise stack (e.g., MuleSoft, middleware, and API architectures).
DevSecOps Implementation: Drive the adoption of Salesforce-standard DevSecOps practices, including automated CI/CD pipelines, static/dynamic security analysis, and mandatory unit test coverage.
Security & Access Models: Define and validate security roles, access models, and data privacy compliance in alignment with industry-standard practices.

Quality Assurance & Deployment
Testing Lifecycle: Guide unit testing, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and regression testing. Ensure all test cases and results are documented in Jira/qTest.
Deployment & Hypercare: Manage complex cutover and deployment activities, ensuring a smooth transition to operational teams and providing the necessary mentorship for post-deployment support.
Performance Monitoring: Establish and oversee industry-standard Salesforce monitoring protocols to track system errors, performance degradation, and abnormal usage patterns.

Qualifications & Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
Experience Baseline: Minimum of seven (7) years of professional experience in Salesforce solution delivery, covering the full lifecycle: design, configuration, development, and integration.
Technical Mastery:
oExtensive experience with Salesforce Sales, Marketing, and Service Clouds and the Lightning Platform.
oProven background in Apex development and integration technologies (MuleSoft, RESTful APIs).
oFamiliarity with DevSecOps tools (CI/CD pipelines, automated testing).
Integration Expertise: Proven experience with enterprise-scale Salesforce implementations involving multiple vendors and complex internal/external middleware systems.
Citizenship: Currently authorized to work in the U.S. (Citizenship or required).

Preferred Attributes
Relevant Salesforce Certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I/II, Technical Architect).
Experience with AI-powered Salesforce features (e.g., Einstein) and enterprise data migration/Master Data Management (MDM).
Ability to facilitate training and adoption/change management strategies.
