Our client is seeking a passionate and driven Full Stack Software Developer to join our NAD Industrial Engineering team. In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to engineer innovative, highly visible tools that feed into our proprietary Staples Vision Application platform. This position offers a fully remote schedule with an opportunity to make long-term contributions, featuring strong potential for contract extensions or conversion.

responsibilities:
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Design, build, and scale robust Android applications alongside integrated web features.
- Formulate and implement clean database solutions focusing deeply on MySQL architectures.
- Provide key technical guidance and problem-solving support to surrounding engineering team members.
- Travel 5-15% countrywide per year to support regional project deployments and cross-team collaboration.
qualifications:
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field with a minimum of 5 years of professional software engineering experience.
Proven proficiency in native Android engineering utilizing Kotlin, Java, MVVM, and Android Studio.
Strong background building and calling JSON, GSON, and REST-based APIs alongside version control (Git).
Exceptional communication and soft skills with an innate ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Domain experience within Supply Chain operations.
Hands-on exposure to Django, Vue.js, or web-sockets architecture.
Understanding of cloud-native ecosystems including Kubernetes and Azure DevOps.
