Microsoft Entra ID
PowerShell and Microsoft Graph
Mail flow understanding Hybrid and T2T
Troubleshooting, end-to-end migration issue across Exchange Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams workloads and fixing them
Co-ordination with MS for critical issue
