Electrical Engineer to support the design, integration, and testing of advanced electrical and avionics systems for aerospace and defense applications. This is an excellent opportunity for engineers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy solving complex technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities
- Design electrical systems, wiring diagrams, schematics, and cable assemblies
- Develop power distribution, avionics interfaces, and communication networks
- Create wire lists, cable drawings, and installation documentation
- Collaborate with systems, mechanical, manufacturing, and design teams
- Support testing, troubleshooting, validation, and customer reviews
- Coordinate with suppliers on hardware selection and integration
- Assist with engineering change management and production support
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical reviews
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field (equivalent experience considered)
- Mid-Level: 3-7 years of engineering experience
- Senior-Level: 7+ years of engineering experience
- Experience with electrical system design, schematic interpretation, and AC/DC power distribution
- Knowledge of networking and communication systems
- Experience with Ethernet, MIL-STD-1553, ARINC-429, AutoCAD, or aerospace/defense programs is preferred
- Strong technical documentation, problem-solving, and communication skills
