Outgoing Quality Control (OQC)

Scope of Services: Ensure outgoing shipments are defect free by conducting OQC checks using sampling plan per defined and/or AQL criteria Follow OQC checksheet for each outgoing product thoroughly and use 5S to categorize good vs bad parts and in general for the OQC area Ensure outgoing shipments packaging and labeling is accurate and legible If packaging issues detected, block the shipment and feed back the information to relevant Wing teams or SQEs for taking action for systemic improvements W
