Job Description:

We are seeking a Full Stack Application Programmer (Angular/Java) — Delivery Focus to join our dynamic team within Consumer Digital. This role will emphasize delivery management over hands-on coding. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical depth across modern front-end and back-end stacks, with the ability to guide design, ensure quality, and drive outcomes across distributed systems. The role will involve limited hands-on coding, approximately 10% per week, with primary focus on solution delivery and coordination.

Responsibilities:

• Lead delivery of full stack features across Angular/Java services, ensuring quality, performance, and maintainability.
• Coordinate design, development, testing, and deployment activities across squads and stakeholders.
• Review architecture, code, and test strategies to align with standards, patterns, and compliance requirements.
• Troubleshoot complex issues, drive root cause analysis, and implement performance optimizations.
• Own CI/CD readiness, integration, and release quality across environments.
• Contribute limited hands-on code as needed to unblock delivery and validate designs.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 10 - 12+ years building enterprise, componentized applications with front-end and back-end services.
• Front-end: Angular or React experience, with associated testing frameworks such as Jest. Swift or Kotlin exposure is a plus.
• Back-end: Java or Python for APIs and server-side logic, with strong REST design.
• Java ecosystem: Spring Framework, Spring Boot, Security, Web, Data, threading, collections, exception handling, JDBC, OOD/OOP, and GoF patterns.
• Messaging: Kafka and MoM platforms such as RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, or IBM MQ. Microservices architecture proficiency.
• Cloud-native and DevOps: Kubernetes, Docker, and CI/CD tools such as Tekton, Harness, Jenkins, with code quality practices.
• Database: Advanced SQL with Oracle, performance optimization, and Liquibase changeset management across release trains.
• Architecture and design: Standards, patterns, modularity, and prototyping with strong documentation skills.
• System optimization: Debugging and performance tuning of complex enterprise systems.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience operating in Agile delivery with cross-functional squads.
• Background in consumer digital platforms and large-scale distributed systems.
