Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Engineer to design, develop, and deploy scalable machine learning models and AI-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with data scientists, software engineers, and business stakeholders to deliver impactful AI products.

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models and AI solutions
Build end-to-end ML pipelines (data ingestion, training, validation, deployment)
Work with structured and unstructured data from multiple sources
Optimize model performance, scalability, and reliability
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into ML solutions
Implement MLOps best practices for model monitoring and retraining
Stay updated with the latest AI/ML research and industry trends

Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or related field
Strong experience with Python and ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Hands-on experience with machine learning algorithms, deep learning, NLP, or computer vision
Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases
Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and statistics
Experience working with REST APIs and model deployment

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform, or Azure)
Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines
Familiarity with MLOps tools (MLflow, Kubeflow, SageMaker)
Experience in LLMs, GenAI, or NLP use cases
Prior experience in fintech, healthcare, or enterprise-scale systems

Soft Skills:
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Ability to work independently and in fast-paced environments
