Job Description:We are seeking a talented
Engineer II - Structural Engineer to join our Charlotte, NC office in a hybrid capacity. The ideal candidate will have
extensive experience with Revit and
4-8 years of overall structural engineering experience. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse and impactful projects, collaborating with a team of passionate professionals.
Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities- Structural Design: Develop detailed structural designs for buildings, infrastructure, and other projects using Revit and other engineering tools.
- Modeling and Drafting: Create and manage 3D models in Revit, ensuring accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
- Analysis and Calculations: Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure safety, compliance, and efficiency.
- Collaboration: Work closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Documentation: Prepare technical reports, drawings, and specifications.
- Code Compliance: Ensure designs meet local, state, and federal building codes and regulations.
- Project Management Support: Assist in project planning, scheduling, and coordination.
Required Qualifications- Education: Bachelor's degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 4-8 years of structural engineering experience.
- Revit Expertise: Extensive experience with Revit, including modeling, drafting, and collaboration workflows.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, or similar) and AutoCAD.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of building codes, standards, and engineering principles.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify and resolve complex engineering challenges.
Preferred Qualifications- Professional Engineer (PE) license or Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification.
- Experience working on large-scale commercial or infrastructure projects.
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices and LEED certification.
- Experience with hybrid work environments and collaboration tools.

Salary Range: $72,900.00 - $127,600.00
