Technical Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead complex technical initiatives from planning through execution and successful delivery. The ideal candidate will have a proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, coordinate resources, mitigate risks, and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

This role requires strong expertise in project planning, Agile delivery, stakeholder management, vendor coordination, and project governance while ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex technical projects from initiation through successful delivery.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including Engineering, Product, QA, Infrastructure, and Business stakeholders.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, dependencies, and mitigation strategies.
• Track project progress and communicate status updates to leadership.
• Coordinate internal and external vendor activities.
• Ensure project quality through planning, testing coordination, and validation.
• Monitor project forecasts, resource utilization, and project actuals.
• Drive continuous improvement of project management methodologies and best practices.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and remove project impediments.
• Ensure alignment across multiple teams working toward common business objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of Technical Project Management experience.
• Proven experience leading complex enterprise technology projects.
• Strong experience managing cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in stakeholder management and executive communication.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models.
• Hands-on experience with:
  • JIRA
  • Microsoft Project
  • Asana
  • Confluence
• Strong project planning, forecasting, and scheduling skills.
• Experience in resource management and capacity planning.
• Strong understanding of project risk management.
• Experience with vendor and third-party management.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP Certification
• Scrum Master (CSM/PSM)
• SAFe Certification
• Experience managing enterprise software implementations
• Experience working with distributed/global teams
