Position Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack C#/.NET Developer to join our development team. This role involves full lifecycle development with an emphasis on deployment of scalable web applications using modern Microsoft technologies. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that drive business value.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full stack development experience with a strong focus on C# and .NET Core/.NET 6+.
  • 5+ years of experience in ASP.NET MVC, Web API, and Entity Framework Core.
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL Server and relational database design.
  • 3+ years of experience with CI/CD pipelines using tools like Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
  • 3+ years of experience with Git and DevOps practices.
  • 3+ years of software architecture, design patterns, and SOLID principles experience.
  • Must be able to work east coast business hours.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Understanding and implementing robust security features, including encryption (both at rest and in transit), authentication, authorization, and secure communication protocols, is crucial for protecting sensitive patient data.
  • Agile methodologies
  • Knowledge of techniques to improve application performance and efficiency, such as fixing memory leaks and optimizing the garbage collector, sets apart top developers.
  • Strong debugging and testing skills are essential for identifying and resolving issues and ensuring the creation of reliable and user-friendly applications.
  • Adherence to regulations like HIPAA in the US and GDPR in Europe is crucial for protecting patient data and avoiding penalties.
  • Healthcare experience.
  • Deep understanding of best practices for protecting sensitive patient data, implementing access controls, conducting regular security audits, and establishing backup and recovery plans.
  • Master's degree

Bachelor's degree, or equivalent experience (HS diploma + 4 years relevant experience)

Pay Range

The typical pay range for this role is:

$92,700.00 - $203,940.00

This pay range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full-time salary for all positions in the job grade within which this position falls. The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors. This position is eligible for a CVS Health bonus, commission or short-term incentive program in addition to the base pay range listed above.
