Build a Career: In the
Data Science Engineer department by:
- Business Discovery & Needs Orientation: Immerse in stakeholders' operational domains to understand underlying business requirements, map data architecture, and translate functional problems into technical specifications.
- Solution Research & Cross-Functional Collaboration: Conduct thorough literature and technical reviews, evaluate candidate algorithms or analytical methodologies, and partner with cross-functional teams to brainstorm, refine, and design robust data-driven solutions.
- End-to-End Product Development & Technical Execution: Build, test, and iterate on data pipelines, predictive models, or software tools, advancing the product through development cycles to achieve maximum functional maturity.
Build the Future by: Being an intern at Gordon Food Service, North America's largest family-owned broadline food service distributor and working alongside our department
- Attending unique networking opportunities in and outside the office.

Meet the following qualifications to be considered for our
2027 internship program: - Currently enrolled in a university pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Math/Statistics, Data Science, Computer Engineering
- Must be authorized to work in the US.
- Must have a 3.0 GPA or higher
