Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / Power Platform Tech Lead with extensive experience designing and developing enterprise-grade Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Dynamics 365 CE, Power Platform, C#, Azure, AI Builder, and Microsoft Copilot Studio, along with strong leadership skills to drive end-to-end solution delivery.

Build enterprise applications using Power Platform.
Develop plugins, workflows, business rules, and custom integrations.
Integrate Dynamics 365 with enterprise systems using Azure Services, Logic Apps, REST APIs, and Web APIs.
Implement AI Builder and Microsoft Copilot Studio solutions.
Configure security roles, business units, and environment management.
Lead Agile development teams throughout the SDLC.
Perform deployments using Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.
Support production releases, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams.
