Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Cisco Network Engineer with 12+ years of expertise in designing, implementing, managing, and troubleshooting enterprise network infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Cisco networking technologies, routing and switching, network security, and large-scale network operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and maintain Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and enterprise network infrastructure.
  • Implement and troubleshoot routing protocols, including BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, and VLANs.
  • Manage LAN/WAN, MPLS, VPN, SD-WAN, and wireless network environments.
  • Configure and support Cisco Nexus, Catalyst, and IOS/IOS-XE devices.
  • Implement network security policies, access controls, and firewall configurations.
  • Monitor network performance, resolve complex incidents, and perform root-cause analysis.
  • Support network upgrades, migrations, capacity planning, and disaster recovery.
  • Collaborate with infrastructure, security, cloud, and application teams.
  • Maintain network documentation, diagrams, standards, and operational procedures.

Required Skills:

  • 12+ years of enterprise networking experience with strong Cisco expertise.
  • Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, subnetting, VLANs, STP, HSRP/VRRP, BGP, and OSPF.
  • Hands-on experience with Cisco routers, switches, Nexus, and Catalyst platforms.
  • Experience with firewalls, VPNs, network monitoring, and troubleshooting tools.
  • Knowledge of network automation using Python, Ansible, or similar tools is a plus.
  • Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Certifications: CCNP Enterprise, CCIE Enterprise Infrastructure, or equivalent experience.
