Head of People AnalyticsResponsible for establishing and overseeing the People Analytics strategy. This job leads a team responsible for quantitative analysis, and the development and implementation of predictive models used to enhance human capital planning and improving workforce decision making.
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Define and execute the People Analytics strategy to drive data-driven HR decision-making.
- Partner with the CHROs and People Leadership Team to translate workforce data into strategic insights that shape company performance, talent and culture strategy.
- Delivers presentations to senior leaders on workforce trends and metrics that impact business outcomes.
- Design and deploy advanced predictive models to forecast attrition, engagement, productivity, and workforce risk.
- Manages a team of Analytics Consultants responsible for the analysis of workforce metrics
- Guides Analytics team in conducting factor analysis, hypothesis testing, and root cause analysis to validate assumptions, and surface evidence-based recommendations
- Develop the team capabilities in translating complex findings into practical guidance that shapes program design
- Responsible for design of executive-ready dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Workday Prism.
- Partner with People Data Office to establish shared definitions and standardized metrics, to establish a single source of truth.
- Develop programs to strengthen data literacy across the People Team, enabling HR professionals to make more informed decisions and measure effectiveness of HR initiatives.
- Ensures that the organization remains current with emerging best practices and techniques with respect to appropriate analytical capabilities.
Required Qualifications- 10+ years of experience in People Analytics, Data Science, or Workforce Insights, including 3+ years in senior leadership.
Preferred Qualifications- Proven track record of driving executive decision-making through data-backed insights and influence.
- Strong expertise in Insight Storytelling & Visualization for executive audiences
- Deep business acumen across core HR disciplines including talent acquisition, workforce planning, compensation, performance management, and organizational development, with ability to translate functional challenges into analytical solutions
- Expertise in predictive modeling within HR or workforce domains, statistical analysis, and complex data synthesis
- Excellent communicator and collaborator with a demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams
- Proficiency with analytics tools such as Python, R, SQL, Tableau, Power BI. Alteryx
Education
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, or related field preferred.

Base Pay Range: $210,000/yr - $250,000/yr
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
