DescriptionPosition Summary
Seeking a Project Test Manager to lead end-to-end testing for large, complex, multi-application initiatives. This role serves as the single point of contact for all testing activities, coordinating bank and vendor teams, managing test planning, execution, defect triage, and ensuring audit-ready documentation.
Position Details:
- Lead E2E testing across 5-50+ integrated applications.
- Deliver Master Test Plan, coordinate test plans/scripts, and manage test readiness.
- Run daily status meetings, testing workgroups, and defect triage calls.
- Track progress, risks, dependencies, and drive defect resolution.
- Manage settlement testing, regression cycles, and integrated workflows (e.g., Payments, Zelle).
- Ensure all testing artifacts are archived for compliance and audit needs.
- Partners with developers, testers, and PMO to keep delivery on track.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 5+ years as Testing Project Manager, Release Manager, or Test Lead.
- Strong manual and functional testing coordination experience.
- End-to-end testing leadership in complex environments.
- Hands-on with Agile, Jira, Octane, ALM, qTest.
- Strong communication, organization, and stakeholder management.
- Experience running defect triage and driving resolution.
- Must be able to liaison between business and IT amicably.
- Must have great organization skills as they will be assigned to projects and coordinate all the releases/testing for all teams.

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Charlotte, NC.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $55.00 - $58.00/hr.
