ERP Technical Product Manager (Healthcare)- Nashville, TN (2 days onsite) Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Technical Product Manager to lead the strategy, development, and delivery of enterprise-scale ERP and EPM platform capabilities within a Healthcare environment. This role requires a strong mix of product strategy, technical acumen, and execution leadership to drive end-to-end ERP/EPM implementations and enhancements.

This is a hybrid role based in Nashville, TN (2 days onsite). Local candidates or those willing to relocate are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ERP/EPM platforms aligned with business goals
• Lead end-to-end ERP/EPM implementations and migrations, ensuring successful delivery and adoption
• Collaborate with engineering, business stakeholders, and vendors to design and deliver scalable solutions
• Translate complex business problems into clear, actionable product requirements
• Partner with engineering teams to prioritize features, triage issues, and manage backlog
• Deliver enterprise-grade platform capabilities that support scalability and performance
• Engage cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product strategy, metrics, and execution plans
• Communicate effectively with senior leadership and stakeholders, presenting product vision and progress
• Drive continuous improvement of user experience for ERP/EPM platforms
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, data, and security standards

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Technical Product Manager in ERP & EPM environments
• Strong background in Healthcare industry
• Hands-on experience leading ERP/EPM implementations or migrations end-to-end
• Demonstrated ability to lead product development lifecycle from concept to delivery
• Expertise in launching enterprise-scale ERP platform capabilities
• Strong experience working with engineering teams (platform/full-stack)
• Excellent skills in requirements gathering, prioritization, and stakeholder management
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language
• Strong leadership, communication, and executive presence

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Kronos or Workforce Management (WFM) systems
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Experience working with cross-functional enterprise teams and CoEs
