Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Architect Oracle MFCS to lead solution architecture, integrations, technical design, and governance across a complex retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Design end-to-end architecture for Oracle MFCS/RMS and Oracle Retail modules such as RDS, SACS, ORPCS, and ORIMCS.
Lead integrations using enterprise middleware platforms.
Develop MFCS extensions, custom validations, and optimized PL/SQL solutions.
Define data migration, conversion, and reconciliation strategies.
Design secure, scalable, and high-performing cloud solutions.
Create architecture blueprints and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Collaborate with business SMEs, functional teams, and engineering teams.
Provide technical reviews, leadership, mentoring, and guidance to onsite/offshore teams.
Identify technical risks and issues proactively and drive them to closure.
Manage client and stakeholder communications and presentations.

Required Skills:

8 10 years of overall IT experience with 4 6+ years of Oracle Retail experience.
Strong hands-on experience with Oracle MFCS/RMS.
Strong knowledge of foundation data, item induction, purchasing, costing, and inventory processes.
Experience integrating Oracle Retail with ERP, POS, WMS, e-commerce, and Finance systems.
Strong PL/SQL, API design, and performance engineering skills.
Experience with architecture design and technical governance.
Strong communication, presentation, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
Experience leading large-scale Oracle Retail implementations, maintenance, support, or extension projects.
Prior experience as an onsite technical lead in a large-scale engagement.
