Short Description
We are seeking a Project Testing_toggle Coordinator to support a large-scale Workday (HR/Finance) implementation. This role involves coordinating UAT, system, and integration testing, managing test activities, tracking defects, and ensuring timely completion of testing milestones. The ideal candidate has experience in QA/testing coordination, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work across multiple teams. This is a hybrid role based in Atlanta, GA (local candidates only).

Job Summary
This role is responsible for coordinating testing activities across multiple teams and ensuring quality standards are met throughout the testing lifecycle. You will work closely with project managers, business stakeholders, and QA teams to ensure successful delivery of UAT, system testing, and integration testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage UAT, system, and integration testing activities
- Ensure all test scenarios, scripts, and test data are prepared and executed
- Track test progress, defects, and coverage metrics
- Facilitate testing schedules, meetings, and status reporting
- Review test scripts for accuracy and completeness
- Ensure readiness of test environments and user access
- Identify risks and escalate issues impacting timelines or quality
- Support timely completion of all testing milestones
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree + 1 year of IT experience
OR Associate’s degree + 3 years of IT experience - Experience in QA, testing coordination, or IT support roles
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- 18+ months experience as a Testing Coordinator on a Workday implementation (HR/Financials)
- Experience with UAT, QA processes, or test management tools
- Experience working on enterprise or government projects
