Pay Range: $32.5/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and perform month-end closing, financial forecasting, reporting, and operational metrics tracking.
- Compile and analyze monthly Profit and Loss data for the CE division and consolidate SEA P&L data for leadership meetings.
- Analyze actual operating results at Month-end, Quarter-end, and Year-end, comparing them to the forecasted plans and presenting findings to upper management.
- Prepare various financial and operational reports and communicate with expense requestors regarding incorrect expense postings.
- Track KPI data for the CE division and allocate expenses based on sales-related call volume.
- Manage budget allocations to cost centers and GL accounts post-expense approval.
- Assist with asset modification activities and finance-related inquiries, establishing guidelines for budget, expense, and travel.
- Prepare Executive Reports to aid the Division leadership team in decision-making.
- Make manual journal entries for G/L allocation and budget adjustments for responsible cost centers.
Key Requirements and Technology Experience:
- 0-2 years of professional experience in Accounting or Finance.
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related financial discipline; flexible with major if sufficient professional experience is demonstrated.
- Advanced skills in Excel with heavy usage required in this role.
- Experience with SAP is essential.
- Proficiency in data mining and analysis, with the ability to produce ad hoc reports for supervisors and leadership.
- Bilingual in English and Korean, with fluency in both languages.
