Job Title: PeopleSoft FSCM Functional Business Analyst
Location: Austin, TX (Hybrid)
Interview Mode: In-Person Required
Position Overview
Understands business objectives and problems, identifies alternative solutions, performs studies and cost/benefit analysis. Analyzes user requirements, procedures, and problems to automate processing or improve existing systems. Confers with organizational units to analyze current procedures, identify problems, and document specific input/output requirements. Writes detailed descriptions of user needs, program functions, and development steps. Reviews system capabilities and scheduling limitations to determine feasibility.
Special Considerations
- Hands-on experience implementing PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Billing, understanding flow between Customer Contracts and Accounts Receivable modules as a functional analyst
Key Responsibilities
- Gathering requirements, conducting fit-gap analysis, system setup, and end-to-end business process testing with converted data and third-party interfaces
- Strong written/verbal communication and effective collaboration with large teams
- Documentation, training support, and other project tasks as needed
Candidate Skills and Qualifications
Minimum Requirements (8+ Years Experience)

- Experience as a Functional Business Analyst on PeopleSoft Financials and Supply Chain Management (FSCM) implementation efforts.
- Experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2 Billing.
- Experience performing hands-on end-to-end system integration and external interface testing.
- At least 4 years experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio).
- At least 2 years experience with MS Teams and Channel communication with large teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with public sector organizations (Federal, State, or Local Government) (4+ years preferred).
- Experience working with Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials (2+ years preferred).
- Experience with Jira (1+ year preferred).
- Experience working with Scrum framework (1+ year preferred).
